

Recent 'Sponsor a dog' and T-Shirt contributions have purchased Mkomazi Dog Section new unif
Mkomazi dog section in Tanzania is a front line anti poaching unit and with that comes the wear and tear of daily life ultimately ending up with deterioration of uniforms and equipment. On hearing this ASA has now purchased new clothing for the unit through the 'Sponsor a Dog' and T-Shirt contributions and will be handing the new items to them in May when a continuation training session at Mkomazi is planned. Chuilexi Handlers pass basic Anti-Poaching Dog course
We are pleased to announce on the 2nd April 2017 both handlers from Chuilexi Reserve passed basic Anti Poaching Dog handlers course after two weeks intensive training with their new dogs Nox & Leo. Considering both handlers do not speak English and only broken Swahili and had neither left their home country before or handled dogs this is an incredible achievement.


Knox & Leo receive Drone training at Ol pejeta
On the 27th March Anti Poaching dogs Knox & Leo received Drone training in conjunction with company Sokomoto Images.The training was beneficial to all concerned, giving the dogs experience working along side Drones and the reassurance of the 'eye in the sky'
