Anti-Poaching dogs have been training in helicopters today with the assistance of Saxon Air Charter Ltd. 'Rogue & Bo' spent the day working with one of their EC-120 which is a similar helicopter to the one they will be using on operations in Africa. The day ended in a flight acclimatizing the dogs to air travel which they excepted with ease. The day was also filmed by BBC Look East showing the work of the charity and anti poaching dogs in Africa.

Anti-Poaching Dogs under take Smoke Grenade training
Anti-Poaching dogs "Bo", "Polaris" and "Rogue" under went smoke grenade training today. All three dogs enjoyed the experience but as with all training there is a serious side to this as smoke is used operationally to disorientate poachers during ambush and apprehension. The dogs have no ill affects from the smoke but unlike humans have the abilty to locate quarry through it. A good days training!
